陕西文化产业发展的制约因素及对策分析

陕西文化产业正面临着前所未有的大好机遇。但是观念落后,产业意识淡薄,创新精神不够,管理体制陈旧,经营机制不活,文化产业市场发育不足,文化经营管理人才缺乏是制约陕西文化产业可持续发展的重要因素。陕西文化产业要发展,就应当建立现代文化产业制度,以文化旅游为突破口,坚持高新技术产业与文化产业相结合,构建文化人才高地。

The Inhibiting Factors In Shaanxi Cultural Industry Development

Nowadays,Shaanxi cultural industry is facing a greater opportunity than before, However,the conception was dropped behind and the industry consciousness is dim,the innovating spirit is not enough,the management system is old,the prosecuting mechanism is not flexible and the culture industry market is not integrated.In the whole complications,the shortage of the administrant and the keepers is the most important factor,which will keep Shaanxi cultural industry from development.This thesis analyzes the inhibiting factors and figures out the basic countermeasure for Shaanxi cultural industry's development.
