| 摘 要： | 为鼓励绿色建筑的发展，美国和欧盟采用了立法促进、经济激励以及行业规范等方式，不仅可持续发展理念在相关立法和政策中有较好的体现，政府提供的经济激励措施也为这一新兴建筑模式的推广提供了强大动力，相应地，激励措施的采用以及行业组织的自我规范也促进了绿色建筑评估体系的广泛采纳和完善。美国和欧盟的经验为我国绿色建筑的发展提供了有益的启示。

| Abstract: | To stimulate the green building development, both the U. S. and EU have adopted legislations, financial incentives and industry self-regulation. The principle of sustainable development is well reflected in some relevant laws and policies, and the government-provided incentives facilitate advancement of green building. Accordingly, green building evaluation systems have been further improved with the adoption of incentives and industry discipline. China shall draw useful experience from both the U. S. and EU. |
