新疆少数民族双语教师汉语培训存在的问题与出路

摘    要:新疆少数民族双语教师培训工作存在的问题主要有三个方面:一是经过培训的教师专业水平仍然较低;二是结业考核方式较为单一;三是教师接受培训后使用汉语授课的情况不太理想。针对出现的问题,文章提出应大力加强对少数民族教师专业知识的培训,改革结业方式,采取措施尽快使少数民族教师使用汉语授课。

Abstract:There are three main problems existent in training ethnic minority teacher teaching Chinese in Xinjiang: these teachers are relatively low in their proficiency even though they have received training;the graduation test is not comprehensive;and their teaching of Chinese in classrooms is less than satisfactory after they have been trained.In light of these problems,this paper suggests that efforts should be made to strengthen the training of their special skills, reform the test mode,and take measures to enable these teachers teaching Chinese in classrooms.
