西部少数民族地区大学生英语口语学习的焦虑心理分析及对策

摘    要:语言焦虑心理影响着非外语专业大学生英语口语的学习和口语表达能力的提高。调查显示,焦虑心理对少数民族地区的大学生英语口语的学习有很大的影响。害羞和怕出错的心理、文化差异及语言环境是非外语专业少数民族地区大学生语言学习产生焦虑心理的主要原因。学生自信心的培养、教师角色的转换、教学模式的更新能帮助消除语言学习焦虑,提高英语口语教学效果。

Abstract:Language anxiety has an impact on the improvement ofthe spoken English of the non- English major students in the colleges and universities. According to the survey, anxiety has influenced the oral English learning of students from the minority groups. The factors contribute to the students' anxiety in speaking English include shyness and being afraid of making mistake, cultural differences and lack of language environment. Only when students' confidences are built, teacher's role is changed and teaching mode improved, can students' anxiety in English speaking be eliminated and hence the oral English teaching be more effective.
