| 摘 要： | 基于对博客特点的分析，指出博客在人口计生宣传教育中的公共政策传播、民间舆论导向、诉求表达通道、知识管理工具和促进职业意识觉醒的功用。对博客在人口计生宣传教育应用中存在的规范性、专业性、影响力等问题提出应对措施。

| Abstract: | By analyzing Blog＇s features, the paper studies the application of Blog in population and FP publicity and education, demonstrating its functions in such correlating tasks as policy dissemination, direction of public opinion, expression of demands, knowledge management and career awareness. It also puts forth suggestions on solving the issues relating to criteria, specialty and impact of Blog application in FP publicity and education. |
