| 摘 要： | 20世纪初,新教育借助于国家政权的力量进入乡村社会,由此开始了乡村教育现代化进程。但新教育不仅没有获得乡村社会的普遍认同,而且各种教育冲突不断,这极大地影响了中国教育现代化的发展。教育诉讼即是教育冲突的重要表征之一。文章以新政浙江乡村发生的教育诉讼案件为例,考察了乡村教育冲突情况及其对近代乡村教育现代化进程的影响。
