| 摘 要： | 在当前形势下实施学分制面临着一系列问题,外部条件如学校自主办学权限的不足,内部条件如思想认识、硬件、导师制、课程设置、教学管理系统等方面还存在问题。解决这些问题的对策包括:树立现代教育理念、引入教师竞争机制、实行弹性学制、实施教务管理信息化、完善导师制以及教考分离等方面。

| Abstract: | Under current situation,carrying out credit system is confronted with a series of problems.The external situation is the lack of independent purview of running a school;the internal situation is that there still exist problems in ideological recognition,hardware,tutorial system,course setting and teaching management system.The strategies to solve these problems are: establishing modern teaching concept,introducing teachers' competition mode,carrying out flexible teaching system,informatizing teaching affairs management,perfecting tutorial system and separating teaching and testing. |
