乡村社会转型中抑郁症的社会态研究——以四川省R县S村为例

社会转型带来物质文化的发展和现代化,其中也包含社会行动个体的现代化,随之而来的多元价值规范和秩序导致个体行为与文化规范的断裂,以及社会失范现象的发生。在社会转型背景下考察中国乡村抑郁症的社会情境后发现,社会转型并未带来乡村社会疾病分类与认知体系以及诊疗权威的转变,乡村抑郁症患者及其家人行动背后的意义正是社会失范的隐喻。抑郁症作为疾病在乡村所共享的社会意义以及主体行动背后的个体意义,折射出抑郁症既是乡村社会转型中的变调与失范,又是与社会转型辩证统一的。

The Social Situation of Depression in the Process of Rural Social Transformation:Case Study in S Village of R County in Sichuan Province

The social transformation brings about the development and modernization of material culture,which also includes the modernization of individual social action.The ensuing multiple value norms and orders will lead to the rupture between individual behavior and cultural norms,making the social anomies occur.The purpose of this study is to investigate the social context of rural depression in the context of social transformation.It is found that social transformation does not bring changes in disease classification,cognitive system and diagnosis authority in rural society,and the meaning behind the actions of rural depression patients and their families is a metaphor for social anomies.The shared social meaning of depression as a disease in the countryside and the individual meaning reflected by the subject’s actions reflect that depression is not only a variation and anomy in the rural social transformation,but also a dialectical unity with the social transformation.
