| 摘 要： | 当下学术期刊运作中的种种失范现象表明，如何促进学术期刊的规范化进程值得深思。基于劳伦斯·莱斯格及斯皮内洛的规范理论，文章从物理架构、政府法律、市场调节、社区规范和道德伦理几个维度，提出了学术期刊规范化的多维路径：一方面使用在线投稿系统、签署版权转让协议、调节市场供需失衡三种“硬”性规制；另一方面要制定学术期刊自律公约、发扬人性知性之善两种“软”性浸润。

| Abstract: | Given the abnormal operations of academic journals, their standardization is in sore need of reflec- tion. Based on the Norm theory of Lawrence Lessing and Spinello, this article puts forward, from physical struc- ture, government laws, market regulation, community standards and ethics, multidimensional paths for academic journal standardization. While using three types of ＂hard＂ regulation： starting online contribution system, signing copyright transfer agreement, regulating the imbalances of market supply and demand, two ＂soft＂ infiltration are to be obtained by making self - discipline pact and carry forward the virtue of humanity and intellectuality. |
