农业巨灾保险供求双方行为博弈及对策

目前，国外农业保险已较为成熟，但国内农业保险发展迟缓甚至一度停滞萎缩。如何使我国农业保险走出困境，文章从经济学期望效用理论的角度，分析我国农业保险供求双方——农户和保险公司采取不同行为的期望利润，并以此建立两者的博弈模型，最后分析模型，提出结论和政策建议。

On the Agricultural Catastrophe Insurance Supply and Demand Sides Game Behavior and Countermeasures

At present, foreign agricultural insurance is mature, but the development of the domestic agricultural insurance is stagnant or even shrinking. How to make China＇ agricultural insurance out of the woods？ This paper, from the view of expected utility theory, analyses China＇ s agricultural insurance sup- ply and demand sides farmers and insurance companies take different actions for profit expectations, and establish game between the two sides. Finally, this paper analyses the game, draws the conclusion, and makes policy suggestions.
