高校辅导员工作规范的重塑——C大学高校辅导员与学生交流情况调查

高校扩招以来,辅导员与学生总体交流情况不是很理想,学生对辅导员群体评价不高.高校要通过转变旧的教育管理模式,建立多种感情宣泄渠道,加强制度建设提供交流平台,加强师资培训以及密切与家长保持联系,建立学生信用、思想动态档案等措施重塑辅导员工作规范.

Since the college enrollment has been expanded, instructors and students have no enough communication in general, while there is no good enough praise from students to the instructors. There are some main reasons such as the negative influence of the college enrollment expansion, the school administration design,and the old management pattern as well as the instructor quality unsuitable for the university characteristic request. The university should take measures, such as, transforming the old education administration pattern, establishing many kinds of sentiment divulges channels, strengthening the system construction to provide the communication platform,and enhancing the teachers training as well as keeping contact with the guardians,establishing student credit and thought dynamic files and so on, to remold instructors' work standard.
