高校学报发稿周期较长,会影响作者创作的积极性。笔者认为其中一个重要原因是审稿时间太长,审稿效率亟待提高。本文结合编辑工作实践,探讨了学报审稿过程中的问题,针对性地提出了一些措施,从组建高质量的专家库、明确专家职责、利用网络等几个方面,阐述了如何提高高校学报的审稿效率。

The long cycle of publishing time has greatly affected the auher's enthusiasm. A key reason is the long-period time of the peer reviewing of contribution and it is urgent to improve the efficiency of the peer reviewing of contribution. Based on the editing work of university journal, some measures are put forward. Under the analysis of problem occuring during the peer reviewing of contribution.
