| 摘 要： | 文章从现代科学技术体系以及生产力发展所需条件的角度，阐明了科技成果转化的内涵，论述了科技成果转化系统具有间接性、阶段性、相关性、整体性和风险性等特征，以及科技成果转化系统的运行机制，包括动力机制、激励机制、利益机制和约束机制。
