| 摘 要： | 当前我国正处于社会转型期,国内外环境错综复杂,加强大学生思想政治教育显得尤为重要。高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的主力军,也面临着许多机遇和挑战,如何地适应时代需要,建立有效的思想政治教育模式,是高校辅导员开展思想政治教育面临的重要课题。
