中国天然气发展战略探讨

本文由环境问题引出能源的应用 ,通过石油、煤及天然气三种能源的比较 ,总结出天然气作为清洁能源的环境优势。天然气资源的开发和利用在近几年内得到了长足的发展 ,其资源优势明显 ,储量大 ,勘探程度低 ,未来勘探及消费潜力均很大。然而 ,随着“西气东输”的进程 ,天然气的发展已面临越来越多亟待解决的问题 ,如管道问题和天然气价格问题等。要解决这些问题就需要建立和完善目前我国的天然气法规 ,制定出有效合理的总体规划和战略才能更好地使天然气在新世纪成为主要的替代能源

A Discussion on the Strategy of Natural Gas Development in China

This article is about the energy application caused by environment issues. On the basis of the comparison among the 3 kinds of energy---oil, coal and natural gas, it summarizes the environmental advantages of natural gas as a clean energy. Natural gas development and use have made great progress in recent years. It has obvious energy advantages: great reserves, low exploration degree, great future exploration and consuming potential. However, as the project---natural gas transfer from the western area to the eastern area---is in progress, natural gas development is facing more and more problems such as pipe and price issues etc,which need to be solved immediately In order to solve these issues, we need to establish and improve natural gas law and work out effective and practical overall plan and strategy. Only in this way, can we make natural gas become the main substitute energy in the new century.
