| 摘 要： | 公民社会发展已成为当代中国重大的理论和现实议题。市场经济造就公民社会,强大活跃的公民社会是市场经济成功的重要保证。公民社会的发展必然要求建设服务型政府,实现四个根本转变。公民社会与契约精神内在关联,社会生活契约化体现着自由、平等、法治的价值追求。当代中国公民社会的基本要素是：经济生活的多元化和相对独立的社会;自主的个人和社会组织;科学界定和规范国家权力;法治体系的完善和政治文化的重构。

| Abstract: | The development of civil society in contemporary China has become a major theoretical and practical issues.Market economy creates civil society,and strong active civil society is an important guarantee for the success of market economy.Building service-oriented government is the requirement for the development of civil society.It needs achieving four fundamental changes.Civil society inter-relates with the spirit of contract,and social life contract embodies the pursuit value of the freedom,equality,rule of law.The basic elements of contemporary China civil society are：economic diversification and relatively independent life in society;autonomous individuals and social organizations;science to define and regulate the state power;the improvement of legal system and political culture of the reconstruction. |
