| 摘 要： | 现行高校贫困生资助模式分为济困型、扶志型、强能型三种类型,各种模式有着不同的资助理念和资助体系,分别承担着不同的资助功能,但都不能独立解决高校贫困生的物质、精神和能力等方面的综合性贫困问题.我们应该坚持"既授人以鱼又授人以渔"的资助理念,将上述三种资助模式有机整合起来,通过多元的资金渠道、多维的励志策略和多样的能力培训等途径来构建全新的"济困·扶志·强能"三维立体型资助模式,从而提高高校贫困生资助工作的资助效益. |

| Abstract: | In the opinion of the author,current models for aiding needy college students can be divided into three types:financial aid,spirit fostering and competence boosting.The functions of each of these models are different,and the shortcomings of each are more evident.Therefore,we should uphold the principle of " giving a man a fish,and teaching him how to fish",integrate the above-mentioned three types of models,and establish a brand-new three-dimentional model for aiding needy college students,so as to increse benefits in this aid work. |
