| 摘 要： | 目前我国社会工作虽有一定发展但还存在许多不足，社会工作要取得长足发展，必须加强社会工作在政府层面和大众层面的认同，合理把握政府对社会工作的介入，积极促进国外社会工作经验在中国社会创造性的应用借鉴，促进社会工作与中国特有社会资源的有效结合，加强社会工作职业队伍的培育，同时要准确理解社会转型时期社会工作的特点。

| Abstract: | According to the underdevelopment situation of social work in China, this essay proposes if there is great development of social work, We should advance the common recognition of social work both on the levels of the goVernment and mass, let govemment reasonable interference to social work, learn actively the experience of oversea social work, advance the effective collaboration between axial work and speCial social resource in China, enhance the education of social work, and understand precisely the feature of axial work in the area of social transformation. |
