| Abstract: | The central government has made a strategic decision of strengthening the(ability) to be of independent innovation,aiming at constructing an innovation-oriented country,which presents a new demand for the reform and development of higher education.Therefore,universities and colleges must systematically fulfil scientific development,speed up the cultivation of talented people with profound innovation,and greatly promote independent innovation in science and technology.In this way,substantial science & technology,and talents would be provided for building up an innovation-oriented country. |
