粮食作物生产结构与农户粮食消费的演变

利用效用理论的无差异曲线研究方法，基于云南南部山区陆稻改良技术推广的农户调查，分析陆稻改良技术对主要粮食作物生产结构以及农户粮食消费偏好的影响。研究发现，云南南部山区陆稻增产种植面积大幅度下降，释放了玉米作为饲料粮的生产空间，加深了粮食的市场化消费程度，经济发展步入初级小康阶段。但是，粮食消费偏好显示陆稻作为口粮消费的收入效应高于替代效应，反映出云南南部山区在与市场接轨中的政策效力不足或者发展方式滞后。因此，云南南部山区农业经济发展不仅需要依托科技，更需要结合粮食消费需求加强市场发展，保障粮食安全。

The Development of Food Crop Production and Farmer Household Food Consumption

Using the indifference curve of utility theory, based on the household survey of improved upland rice technology (IURT) promotion in southern upland of Yunnan, this paper analyzes the influence of IURT on the production structure of main grain crops and household food consumption preference. The results indicate that there is a significant decrease of planting area of upland rice releasing the planting zone of maize as feed grain, which deepens the marketization of food consumption, and promotes the economy onto a stage of relatively primary well-off society. However, food consumption preference shows that, upland rice as staple food, its income effect is higher than its substitution effect, which reflects an insufficiency or lag of policies in the market-oriented development in southern upland of Yunnan. Therefore, the agricultural economy development should not only depend on science and technology, but also combine with the food consumption demand to promote the market-oriented development and food security.
