河北省城镇化与大气环境污染相关性研究

摘    要:以某双塔自锚式悬索桥为例,通过在桥塔与主梁之间设置液体黏滞阻尼器,把地震作用下桥梁纵向的位移和内力控制在一个合理的范围内。通过改变阻尼参数C和α,对此桥纵向的地震位移和内力的变化情况进行了规律总结。比较发现,当阻尼系数C越大或阻尼指数α越小时,此桥纵向的地震位移和内力反应就越小。其中C取3 500左右,α取0.3时,塔底地震弯矩降幅达40%左右,主梁地震位移降幅达50%左右。

Correlation Study on Urbanization and Pollution of the Atmospheric Environment in Herbei Province

Abstract:From 2000 to 2012, the rapid development of urbanization in Herbei Province has not only stimulated economic growth, but also caused environmental capacity overload and serious atmospheric pollution. By using metrology software eviews 6.0, the unidirectional Granger causality relationship between urban population and industrial waste gas emission volume was researched, and the existence of the long term and short term equilibrium relationship of between two variables was analyzed by making co integration analysis. The results show that the development of new type urbanization in Herbei Province should build medium and small sized cities and towns with characters and regional green leading industry to maintain a moderate pace and scale in the constraint of atmospheric environment capacity to avoid the further deterioration of the atmospheric environment.
