| 摘 要： | 集合财力所产生之"合会",是清末民国时期民间社会、经济生活的重要内容之一.合会按照其组织的目的和效用可以分为融资性合会、保险性合会和储蓄性合会.合会根植于传统社会,与传统基层社会普遍的自治和自律相对应,合会具有经济和社会双重功能.合会既反映社会生活的原生状态,又蕴蓄着诸多作为未来社会发展趋势的积极因素.

| Abstract: | At the end of Qing Dynasty and the early days 0f Republic of China,Hehui generated by pooling financial resources was much important in both civil society and economic life.In accordance with its purpose and effectiveness,Hehui can be divided into three types: financing,insurance and savings.Hehui,rooted in a traditional society,was relative with traditional wide-spread autonomy and selfdiscipline,and had both economic and social functions. |
