民营企业发展障碍:企业文化视角解析

民营企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分 ,在市场经济中扮演重要角色。随着经济全球化和中国入世 ,民营企业发展面临许多问题 ,其中 ,企业文化建设滞后是影响民营企业发展的核心因素。当前 ,我国民营企业文化建设现状为 :文化层级低、过分多元化、文化建设性差等。要完善民营企业文化建设 ,提高民营企业竞争力 ,应从以下方面着手 :用系统观点对企业文化进行总体构想和规划 ;文化制度创新 ;树立“以人为本”的管理理念 ;形成中国特色企业文化 ;增育民营企业文化遗传管理制度 ;将民营企业培养成“学习型组织”等。

An Analysis of Corporate Culture in Individually-Run Enterprises

Public owned enterprises as one part in national economy in China play an important role in market oriented economy. With the globalization of economy and China's joining the WTO, problems arise for those public owned enterprises. Of all the difficult situations the low rate of literacy, over pluralistic cultural backgrounds, and overlooking of cultural establishment are the main obstacles to the development of public owned enterprises. In this paper the author proposes as means to perfect the construction of the culture and the competitiveness of public owned enterprises the following tactics: make an overall and systematic design of its culture with Chinese characteristics, an innovation of regulations, an administrative personnel oriented concept, a cultural heritage administration units, and a learning unit of public owned enterprises.
