| 摘 要： | 人力资本是促进经济增长和社会发展的原动力,为实现城乡统筹协调发展,农村人力资本培育刻不容缓。文章在对当前农村人力资本培育模式和培育效果进行评估的基础上,提出应当根据当地实际情况,结合产业结构调整分步骤分阶段进行人力资本培育,以实现农村经济增长、农民增收和农村劳动力成功转移的目标。

| Abstract: | Human capital is the original motive powell of economic growth and social development. It is urgent to pay more attention to rural human capital cultivation for the balanced and coordinated development in urban and rural area. Based on evaluation on current rural human capital cultivation pattern effects,we come to a conclusion that rural human capital cultivation should be well planned into phases and steps according to local situation and industry structure transformation, so as to realize the goal of rural economic growth improvement ,income increase of rural residents and effectively rural labor transformation. |
