| 摘 要： | 分析了八国集团和中国的关系,探讨了八国集团邀请中国参加的深层次原因。对中国而言,加入八国集团具有必要性:一是可以打造重要的外交新平台;二是可以吸引和争取更多的投资和贷款;三是可以从八国集团的内部影响八国集团的决策;四是符合我们的大国外交战略。相反,如果我们长期远离八国集团,就可能在将来被边缘化。在加入的方式上,中国可以先以观察员的身份列席八国首脑会议,等待合适时机,再正式加入。 |

| Abstract: | This article firstly studies the relations between G8 and China.Based on this,it discusses the profound reasons why G8 invite China to attend the summit meeting.It is indispensable for China to join the G8:(1)we can build a new important diplomatic platform;(2)We can attract and obtain more investment and loans;(3)We can affect G8's decisions from the inside of G8.(4)That agrees with our great-power politics.If we always maintain a distance from G8,we may be fringed in the future.Which way will China choose to attend G8? China may attend Eight-power Summit meeting as an observer first and wait for a suitable opportunity to join G8. |
