天才与天才教育之哲学思考

天才是指那些凭借自己非凡的能力和创造力而做出了非凡业绩的人。天才需要“天生”的因素 ,说明教育的前提是可教育性 ,教育结果也因教育对象资质的差异而具有不确定性。另一方面 ,天才需要一个成长过程 ,所谓的神童教育必然是拔苗助长式的摧残和折磨儿童的教育 ,更广泛地说 ,成功学并不一定就带来成功 ,名师并不出高徒。天才离不开适度的人生艰难和心灵痛苦。天才与时势、群众或当时的历史是互动的 ,天才创造着历史 ,历史也成就了天才。总之 ,天才和英雄人物的产生 ,有许多非理性的而不能够控制的因素起着作用 ,若按照某种机械的、既定的模式是培育不出天才的 ,教育一旦变成僵死的教条 ,就走向了自己的反面。在一个社会和一个社会的教育中 ,尽可能提供一种自由发展的氛围 ,使人的才能得到多样性的萌生、促进和发展 ,才可能产生天才和多样性的天才。

Philosophical Consideration on the Talented and Their Education

The difference in intelligence of the education receivers will result in uncertainty in education. On the other hand, the talented also need a growing process, and the so-called wunderkind education will unavoidably be a devastation and torture on children. Proverbially, the study of success will not necessarily bring about success, and famous teachers will not necessarily produce famous students. Proper hardship in life and agony in spirit may make a talent. The talented are interactive with the time, the people and the historical events then. It has always the case that the talented create history, and the history also creates the talented. Above all, the emerging of the talented and heroes are on the basis of many irrational and uncontrollable factors. They cannot be produced by certain mechanically set modes. Once education becomes a stiff dogma, it will be against its original design. In a society and its education, talents, variety of talents, can only come out in a free atmosphere, where mans various talents may sprout and be promoted and developed.
