| 摘 要： | 和谐思想在人与自然、人与社会、人与人、国与国以及人与自身都存在其合理性；国际社会对和谐思想存在着主观误解与偏见，其传播主要受到意识形态、霸权主义、发展不平衡的影响；提出了软实力发展战略、加强软实力建设，提高和谐思想的国际认同，并澄清中国软实力发展战略性质是为了世界和谐与发展。
