论住房公积金制度中利益失衡现象的调控

住房公积金制度经过多年的实际运行,逐步纳入法制化的轨道,住房公积金已成为职工解决住房困难的“金钥匙”,培养和发展了政策性住房金融体系,实现了住房商品化公平分配住房的新机制,但也出现了一些与住房公积金政策的初衷不相协调的失衡现象。虽然是在新形式下出现的新问题,但如果不及时调控,势必会影响住房公积金制度的正常运行和发展。
