| 摘 要： | 有效需求不足是当前我国经济面临的主要问题，为此，中央采取了积极的扩张性财政政策，目的在于引导和鼓励消费，保证国民经济持续快速健康发展。本文即从扩张性财政政策运行状况的评析入手，指出其局限性，并对如何完善和开辟扩张性财政政策新途径提出几点建议。

This text is appraising circulate status of expanding finance policy, pointing out its local - ization, and bring forward a few adivce on how to perfect and to cut a new way of expanding finance policy. |
