| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育,教育是关键。随着知识经济时代的到来,人们对教育的期望和要求越来越高,现在的教师已不是传统意义上的一名普通教育者,而是社会和经济发展的直接参与者,这就对教师的素质提出了更高的要求。要适应未来教育发展的需要,教师应具备民族、科学、仁爱、专业、个性这五个方面的精神。

| Abstract: | Teachers are the key and influential component in the implementation of quality-oriented education.With the arrival of knowledge economy era,peoples expectations and requirements of the education become higher and higher.Teachers are tending to be the direct participants in social and economical development,not ordinary instructors in traditional meaning any longer,which,therefore,has higher demand on teachers' quality development.In order to meet the needs of future education,teachers in new times should be qualified with national spirits,scientific spirits,benevolent spirits,professional spirits and individual spirits. |
