| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是当前国家发展的基本方略,同时也是推进我国高校更好更快发展的根本指针。当前我国高校存在一些深层次的问题和矛盾,与科学发展的理念不相符合。因此,文章指出我国高校当前和今后一个时期的首要任务,就是坚持以科学发展观为指导,深刻分析高校科学发展的内涵及其精神实质,正确处理高校发展中的基本关系,解决好高校发展中出现的若干问题。
