| 摘 要： | 以国家统计局发布的1997--2005年度省级面板数据为依据，运用广义的Cobb—Douglas生产函数对全国样本和各省区分组次样本的科技投入与经济增长的关系进行了实证分析，结果表明：科技投入对当期经济增长的贡献率为0．15，合理的科技投入结构和科技投入方式能增大科技投入的经济效果；技术创新差异带来的工业化率的差异造成了区域发展差异，增加科技投入提高地区创新能力应突出企业技术创新的主体地位，提高地区的技术引进和消化能力。
