| 摘 要： | 目前,大学生兼职已是一种普遍现象,对大学生社会化起到促进作用,但一系列负面现象相伴而生。对3469名大学生的问卷调查发现,学生兼职行为受到个人特征、经济特征、学校机会及地区特征等因素影响,兼职的负面影响对大学生成长不利,因此高校应合理引导和管理大学生兼职行为。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistical data of 3600 college students irom O colleges Dy ranaom quesuonnm~u survey, this research analyzed the current situation of part-time job about college students. According to the research result, their part-time act is affected by a large number of variables including individual characteristics, economic character, opportunity in campus and regional features, and there are some actual problems that should not be neglected when doing part-time jobs. On the basis of research above, the problem of how to provide rational guidance and administration for them is described briefly. |
