| 摘 要： | 馆长作为高校图书馆使命的最高执行者，决定了高校图书馆的服务理念和发展愿景。基于领导魅力的基本内涵，从高校图书馆的管理特征和馆长领导魅力的表现两方面分析了馆长领导魅力的特征，研究了馆长领导魅力的作用机制，论述了馆长领导魅力的建构策略，籍以促进高校图书馆科学发展。

| Abstract: | A library director holds the highest administrative position in a library, and shall be responsible for upholding the li- braryg mission statement and developmental trend. According to the intrinsic connotation of charisma and management feature in university library, we analyze the characteristics of charismatic leadership in university library director, study the mechanism of action, and discuss the construction strategy of charismatic leadership. This study may promote the scientific development in university library. |
