| Abstract: | Modern enterprise system calls for the establishment of efficient administrative structure. On the basis of an analysis into the stock equity of China's listed companies and the problems existing in enterprise management. the co authors suggest that efforts should be made to reduce proportion of state own stock equity, cultivate monopoly stock holding bodies and amass stock investment funds so as to improve the stock equity structure of the listed companies and promote the establishment of efficient administration. |
