从区域文化资源利用看地方文化产业发展观——以中国为例

我国区域文化产业具有资源型文化产业的典型特征,对资源的依赖性比较突出。资源型文化产业是利用文化资源上的比较优势形成文化产业的主导门类和产业类型,其特点是投入少、风险低、回报快,并且同旅游业形成相互带动的关系,比较符合地方文化产业发展的需要。在我国区域文化资源利用中,存在着热衷于打造人工文化景观和文化复制物的做法,满足人们廉价的审美需要,而对真实形态的文化资源利用重视不够,体现出较强的政绩色彩和经济利益的追求。我国应走出资源型文化产业的发展困境,在遵循文化发展规律的基础上开发利用区域文化资源,推进地方文化产业的健康发展。

The Development Concept of Local Cultural Industry from Regional Cultural Resource Utilization:A Case Study of China

China’s cultural industry has a distinguishing feature of resource cultural industry.The resource cultural industry has formed the leading range of cultural industry with comparative advantage of cultural resources.It is characterized by less investment,low risk and quick return,and bears close relation to tourism.Relying on the advantage of resources,resource cultural industry can combine culture with tourism,but is likely to cause overdeveloping cultural resources and spreading false culture.We built a large number of artificial cultural landscapes and cultural copies in many regions so as to meet the people’s low-brow aesthetic need.This reflects the regional officials’ purpose of seeking the political achievements and economic interests.We should find a way out of this development dilemma of resource cultural industry,and develop and utilize the regional cultural resources following the law of cultural development.
