叙利亚经济发展的基石—《鼓励外商投资法》

自1991年5月4日叙利亚政府颁布了具有历史意义的第10号《鼓励外商投资法》以来，叙利亚经济发生巨大而又深刻的变化。但在具体实施中也遇到了一系列的问题，为解决这些问题，叙利亚政府于2000年又颁布了专门修正《鼓励外商投资法》的第7号法令，努力使之成为阿拉伯地区引进、吸收、利用外资最为优秀的法律之一。

Economic Development Cornerstone in Syria -the Laws of Encouraging Foreign Businessmen to Invest in Syria

Great changes have taken place in Syria's economy from May 4th of 1991, the government of Syria promulgated the 10th law to encourage foreign businessmen to invest in Syria. But there're a series of problems to implement. So the government of Syria promulgated the 7th law to revise the 10th law, and then it becomes one of the best laws to import, absorb and utilize the foreign capital.
