教育分权后印尼教师状况研究及启示

摘    要:以校本管理和地方自主为特征的教育分权对印尼产生了重大影响.文章介绍了发展中人口大国印度尼西亚实施教育分权的背景,重点阐述了教育分权后教师管理、教师绩效责任、教师专业发展方面的变化,最后简要分析了印尼的经验对我国加强教师队伍建设的若干启示.

Abstract:Education decentralization characterized by school-based management and local-support affects Indonesia enormously.The paper introduces the background of the implementation of education decentralization in Indonesia,a developing populous country.It focuses on the changes in terms of teacher management,teacher accountability,and teacher professional development in post-decentralization Indonesia.In conclusion,it briefly analyzes Indonesia experience and its revelations to China's teacher group construction.
