也论男女就业不平等问题

摘    要:男女平等是我国的一项基本国策,但男女不平等的现象仍然大量存在,其中最突出的就是男女就业不平等,它主要表现在:男女就业机会不平等、男女就业薪酬不平等、妇女其他就业权益如职位升迁、劳动安全保障等方面的不平等.男女就业不平等不仅影响女性人才资源的合理利用,而且导致社会人力资源的闲置和浪费,为整个社会的可持续发展特别是女性的可持续发展留下隐患.因此,还需要从理论上对男女就业不平等问题进行深入探讨.

Abstract:Equality between men and women is a basic national policy in China. But there are many inequalities in the society. It includes: unequal employment opportunity, unequal employment salary, and other employment rights and interests, such as unequal promotion and labor safety guarantee. This kind of inequality not only affects the rational utilization of women resources, but also leads to the waste of human resources. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make an exploration on issues of unequal employment theoretically.
