摘    要:
黄山是我国最著名的风景区之一,随着黄山旅游的发展,对景区导游的服务要求越来越高。在对黄山风景区导游服务现状调查的基础上,分别从导游自身角度、旅游社角度、行业管理的角度以及游客的角度,提出了黄山风景区导游服务质量提升的途径。

Abstract:
Yellow Mountain is one of the most famous scenic sites in China. The requirements of tourist guide are increasing with the quick development of tourism in this area. An investigation on the tourist guide has been made from the perspectives of tourist guides, travel agencies, management, and the tourists. Suggestions are proposed to improve the service quality of tourist guides in this scenic area.
