论制度分层视野下的基本社会制度理论架构

基于中国特色社会主义本质论,改善民生、实现公平正义和共同富裕应被视为我国的基本社会制度。基本社会制度的元理论是马克思主义历史唯物主义,为基本社会制度建设提供科学世界观和方法论;基本社会制度基础理论是社会主义的公平正义、和谐社会和共同富裕理论,从宏观上回答基本社会制度的理论问题;基本社会制度的应用理论是在其元理论指导下,把其基础理论与基本社会制度建设实践结合起来,在微观上为建立基本社会制度提供具体的理论支持,构成对我国基本社会制度建设具有直接的可操作性理论。

On the Theoretical Structure of the Basic Social System in the View of System Stratification

On the basis of substantial socialism with Chinese characteristics, improving people＇s livelihood and realizing fairness, justice and common prosperity should be taken as the basic social system principle. Its original theory is Marxism Historical Materialism, which will provide scientific world outlook and methodology for the basic social system. The basic theory for the basic social system is the one of socialist fairness, justice and common prosperity, which will answer the question of the basic social system theoretically from the macroscopic perspective. However, its applied theory is to combine the basic theory with its practical construction under the guidance of its original theory, which will provide theoretical support from the microscopic perspective and lead to the feasible theory for its construction.
