| 摘 要： | 在生产率绩效观下,首先设计了绿色管理全要素绩效、偏要素绩效评价方法和评价步骤;其次设计了投入产出评价指标体系,在投入子体系中,将环境资源作为一种生产性投入纳入企业管理运作,在经济资源投入中也特别考察了环保性经济投入;在产出子体系中则将环境损害和环境收益纳入其中,与经济收益和社会收益并列考察,构成企业绿色管理绩效评价体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the productivity performance viewpoint,Total Factor Productivity and Partial Measures of Productivity performance assessment methods and steps are designed,and then the input-output index system is established.The environmental resource is being involved into enterprise management as one of the productive input components.Corresponding to this,the environmental damage and environmental benefit are taken into account while designing the output system. |
