| 摘 要： | 国用司是南宋时期宰执兼领中央财政,以筹措军资的京局.作为在尚书省户部之上设立的理财机构,它是中央财政机构的主要决策部门.通过对其设置背景、机构组织和具体职责的研究,可以窥见当时中央财政运作状况,发现南宋皇权与相权之间的微妙关系.

| Abstract: | Guoyongsi,operated by the prime minister is the department which is used to control the central finance to raise military expenditure and which is the important one of the central finance institution in the South Song Dynasty.The paper discusses its setting background,organization and function.It should help us to process the study of the central financial function and the relation between the emperor power and the premier power. |
