| 摘 要： | 左宗棠是新疆建省的奠基人。虽然这项改革是由刘锦棠和谭钟麟完成的 ,但是左宗棠最先定出处理新疆的基点 ,即收复和改设行省是相互关联的两个方面 ,以有效地抗击沙俄和英国 ,捍卫国家领土 ,并且做了大量筹备工作。

| Abstract: | Zuo Zongtang was the founder of setting up Xinjiang as a province though the reform was completed by Liu Jingtang and Tan Zhonglin.Nevertheless,Zuo Zongtang was the first pioneer who suggested the disposal of Xinjiang:to recover and reform Xinjiang in order to effectively resist Tsarist Russia and Britain and safeguard China's territory.Zuo Zongtang did much for the preparation of it. |
