| 摘 要： | 网络经济具有超越时空限制、降低生产经营成本、全球性等特点。我们所处的时代决定了西部开发必须瞄准网络经济。为此 ,应加快信息基础设施建设、普及网络知识、培养信息技术人才、推进企业上网工程、加快高科技园区的建设。

| Abstract: | Internet economy is characterized by surpassing time-and-space limits,lowering production cost,and globalization.Characteristics of our age decide that development of western regions should aim at internet economy.Thus it is necessary to speed up construction of basic information facilities,popularize internet knowledge,train talents of information technique,develop internet project in enterprises,and speed up construction of high-tech district. |
