| 摘 要： | 新时期民族高等院校思想政治工作面临着新形势、新情况和新问题。主要问题有 :一是学生中存在讲功利、图实惠现象 ;二是对邓小平理论学习的重大意义认识不足 ,存在思想模糊不清现象 ;三是学生中存在个人价值目标与社会价值目标割裂现象 ;四是学生因学习、生活和就业压力而产生的问题。主要对策有 :一是要提高思想政治工作队伍的整体素质 ;二是结合少数民族大学生的思想实际 ,以邓小平理论课和“两课”为主渠道进行理想信念教育 ;三是把思想政治教育融于学生管理工作全过程 ;四是以大学生心理指导工作促进思想政治教育工作 ;五是民族高等院校的思想政治工作要充分利用网络教育阵地。
