我国高校内部权力生态研究

高校内部权力是指在高校内部各个管理阶层和不同利益群体之间的权力．其形成的权力生态就是指权力的分配以及它们相互间的权力作用关系。一般来说，作用于高校的权力有政治权利、行政权力、学术权力，三者之间的状态决定着大学的品性和发展态势。然而目前我国高校存在着行政权力政治化、学术权力行政化等问题，因此，必须遵循大学内部权力“和而不同”的自身运行规律，建立起新型的、优化的权力生态。

ON THE RESEARCH OF POWERS ECOLOGY WITHIN UNIVERSITIES

The powers in university are between the various management levels and different interest groups.And its ecology refers to the distribution and relationship of powers.The power structure of the universities in our country is made up of political power,administrative power and academic power.The unbalanced structure causes administrative power politicization,academic power administration.To achieve the optimization of management system within universities and to make new power ecology,the harmony but not sameness rules of power structure operation must be followed.
