| Abstract: | This text explains that the cultivation of applied and talented persons cannot get away from practical teaching periods which are very important in the cultivation of applied and talented people by analysising the function of fulfillment. In each engineering profession teaching process ,we cannot cultivate qualified students without the link of homologous fulfillmenf teaching. |
