学业成绩排名与大学生就业心理健康状况探究

经济的飞速发展加剧了当代大学生的就业压力,就业的压力、求职的困难,影响当代大学生心理健康水平。然而,大学生的在校学业成绩在一定程度上加剧了就业心理压力,从毕业生就业心理测量分析入手,用《大学生就业心理调查问卷》进行测量,探讨分析不同成绩排名下学生就业心理健康水平上的特点。结论显示,成绩排名与就业期间心理健康水平显著相关,随着成绩排名的递减,就业心理健康水平逐渐降低。

Mental Health Analysis of Graduates Employment under Academic Ranking

The rapid economic development increased the employment pressure of contemporary university students.Employment pressure and difficulties in finding jobs affect the mental health level of contemporary university students.However,academic performance in school increased the psychological pressure of employment.In this study,starting from the employment psychometric analysis of graduates by using the Graduate Employment Psychological Survey Questionnaire,it was adopted to explore mental health level of student employment under different academic ranking.The conclusion demonstrates that mental health level during employment was significantly related to academic ranking,mental health gradually decreased by decreasing the level period.
