| 摘 要： | 提高师德水平是高等教育中的关键环节。虽然目前高校整体师德状况还令人满意，高校教师道德主流是积极、健康和向上的，但由于受到社会大环境的影响，高校师德建设中还存在问题。本文在分析当前师德建设中存在的问题及成因的基础上，提出了构建高校师德建设的长效机制、创新师德培养方式的对策和建议。
